Regitze Engelsborg Karlsen's sculptures are created from research work in an industrial gravel pit. Stonemagnet consists of sculptural forms adorned with stone and gravel, drawing our shared environmental reality directly into the art space. The bombastic sculptures insist that we question the way our industrial production shapes the natural surroundings of our geological age.
